EMPLOYMENT PHILOSOPHY

We believe many different types of hard work, by many different people, has brought about the growth of Metal Standard Corp. We further believe that no person employed at Metal Standard Corp. is a more important person than their fellow employee. We do have different talents - therefore, we will have different jobs to perform. We are mutually dependent on each other. We are the corporation.

Our mission is to understand our customers needs and to supply them with the highest quality products available. In order to do so, we must have a highly skilled and educated work force, which works together for the common good.

Continuous improvement is a way of life at Metal Standard Corp. Therefore, change is viewed as a good thing, which will allow us to achieve our goals. If there is no sense of things changing, then we are not improving. All employees are expected to share ideas for improvement. That is one of the responsibilities of being an employee of Metal Standard.

Our production goal is to make a task simpler and easier to perform by improving the efficiency of the work process, maintaining a safe working environment and constantly improving product quality. The result of our ability to meet our customers needs will be reflected in our profitability. Profit is essential for the survival and growth of our company, our employees and our customers.
